print label items in different colors

My table consists of Item, description, and fee.
I have a label that prints the Description of the items purchased and I would like certain descriptions to print a certain color. The item field contains three-digit numbers, the description field is something like T-shirt-Small. There are 5 items I would like to print in red on my label; items 601, 602, 603, 604, 605. The remaining items will just print the normal color.
The information for this part of the label comes from a report based on a query that has a FeesDetail table containing Item number and quantity and a Fees table containing the item number and description

    conditional formating

Thanks for the suggestion. I can get it to work on one of my forms, but not the label. I may have to create a new label. The field I need to change is in a subreport on the label. The field has five items I need to change.
Cond. formating will only let me do three and it isn't working on those three.
