    Malwarebytes

    Hello All:

I've had my new PC with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit going on 8 months now and have Eset NOD 32 as my anti virus program. Thinking I might would like to run a scan with at least one other malware program to just make sue everything is ok (CLEAN). I have downloaded Malwarebytes the free version but have not ran the .exe file yet. When I do will that present any conflicts wit my Eset program or will scan just fine with Eset.

    Thank You
    Glenn

Just don't set MBAM to do real-time scanning and you'll be fine. I (infrequently) scan my rig with MBAM, SUPERantispyware and Spybot S&D (simultaneously), even tho my "live" program is Norton.

I don't think the free version has real time scanning...

I paid for it and have real time...

The free MalwareBytes does NOT allow real time scanning. That is only available in the paid version. You will be fine running a manual scan. My wife and I use this tool quite often along with various other scanning appss. We use MSE AV/AM with Online Armor ++ software firewall and there are no conflicts when running the manual scanss.
