    zip files

I feel stupid asking this but am not really familiar with zip files.

I downloaded JavaRa a bit ago, it's a zip file. When I opened it I found:
6 LNG Files (all foreign languages)
    1 DEF File
    1 Application
Am I supposed to "Extract All"? Do I need those lang. to run the app. or can I just open the file & click on the JavaRa.exe?

    Thank you,
    grits

If all you need do is unzip and run, the author most likely intends you to use "Extract All". If the default language for JavaRA is English you probably do not need the language files. You can always not extract the language files and see what happens.

Extract them all to an empty folder and run the exe program as you would normally. You may or may not need the language and definition files.
Upon install you may be presented with advanced install options, at that point you could make your choices as to what you want or don't want.

After the program is installed you can delete the extracted files and keep the zip for storage.
