Well, the problem previously noted got worse. It's insignificant to the problem now. Here's the issue --

I tried export/import again. Now, I get through the process up to the last step and the following error message pops up --

“This Outlook data file (.pst) is already in use in the current profile.”

Nothing I try gets me past this. I've tried deleting the backup.pst file and re-importing. I've re-named the file. I've rebooted and moved the file. I've done another export to an external drive and imported directly from that drive. Nothing works.

I'm using Windows 7. And, as noted, Outlook 2010. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks.
