The Equation Editor toolbar does not show up. How can we get it active.

    Thanks, RetiredGeek

We do have Equation Editor installed, but we did go through the installation repair to be sure it wasn't damaged. The equation editor starts by opening an equation box, but the toolbar is not visible. Is there anyway to activate the toolbar?

It could be that someone clicked the X in the upper right of Equation Editor's toolbar. To get it back, click Toolbar in the View menu.
