Outlook Express Not Printing Out Correctly

I'm running Windows XP SP 3. I'm suddenly not able to print out e-mail messages correctly. I click "File" at the top left and then "Print" on the drop-down menu. I click [Print] in the box that appears. But the result is a printout that is located two inches too far to the right and partially off the page to the right.

How can I fix this problem?

This sounds like perhaps your printer configuration is causing the problem. Open the options for the printer and see if you can find the page layout and check for problems there.

Before clicking [Print], I have tried clicking [Preferences]. On the Page Setup tab, I tried choosing Landscape instead of Portrait. The resulting printout included the entire e-mail, but it was located 2.5 inches in from the left edge of the sheet. I don't consider that this solves the problem. The problem is somehow connected with Outlook Express. Incidentally, my printer is a Canon Multipass MP700. tarnif

Sorry, I have no further suggestions. I haven't used OE in years.
