I have a document I received from outside our firm. It has tracked changes in it. We went into tracked changes and set to track changes by author. The changes we added showed my initials in the comments I added and tracked my changes in a different color UNTIL I saved it. Then everything reverted to the color and initials of the original author (the color and initials that were already in the document).
Any suggestions for how to get this document keep my initials and colors after saving?
