Unable to edit posts in normal or advanced mode, in IE 9, Chrome 12 and FF5

The latest changes seem to have taken away the possibility of actually editing a post. The window opens but afterwards no buttons work, whether it's Save or Delete, preventing the commit of the changes made to the post.

Being investigated. See my thread. I lost the ability early evening my time.

Note: I just tried the edit function with this note. I'll see if it works.

The edit worked once, then back to the same problem. When I went to my original thread, the edit function did not work at all. The iNet updates yesterday evidently broke something. I.M.O.G. is investigating.

Hi Rui, most sites, when doing maintainance, or de bugging, usually make their site unavailable, that way they don't have to answer questions related to temporary hiccups.

    Hi RR,

This was not a temporary hickup, because I believe the problem is still there.

P.S: Well, I seem to be able to edit this one, now.

Well it's not a matter of patience. If changes are going to be made to the forum software, at least a warning is in order, if you do respect your users. That would allow users to expect issues and if none occur, so much the better, but if they occur, forewarning was given.

If you look at the post by Ted on the advanced editor, the issues did occur for a few hours, because they were still occurring this morning after 10 AM GMT.

The problem appears to be resolved at least for me. Please test it yourself.

I agree there should be some forewarning of an update. Something must have fallen through the cracks.
