Delayed Write Failed
I am having some issues with the server to the desktop. For some reason I keep getting this message....
"Windows - Delayed Write Failed; Windows was unable to save all the data fro the file .............. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection.
Here is what I have done to widdle down the problem:
1. I have done a scan on my hardware and know that this is not the issue.
2. I have checked to make sure I don't have any USB connections at this point.
At this point I am just looking for some advice.

It appears from the post that you are sending data to the desktop PC. Is this the correct? Is this the situation that causes the error? Is the error on an internal or external drive?
You can turn off the delayed write on a disc by right clicking Computer, select Manage, then click on device manager, expand the disk drives section, right click on the disk drive, select Properties, then click on the Policies tab, uncheck all boxes, OK your way out.
NOTE: Before you do this be aware that you can negatively impact performance by disabling write caching.
