I get the Shift-Click and Ctrl-Click to have Chrome open a link in a new window. But is there a way to have a desktop shortcut always start in a new window? And, along those same lines, if you want to then keep that site isolated in its own window, is that possible?

2011-07-21 08:39Hi Chuck, I usually right click links to get them to open in a new tab or window. Pressing the mouse wheel also opens a link in a new tab.
