    Clean install with anytime upgrade?

I am running Win Vista Home Premium and I would like to upgrade to Win 7 Home premium. Can I use the Anytime Upgrade to perform a clean install of Win 7? How do I get it done?
    Thanks,
    Chris

That's part of my problem, I don't have any disks and I want to get rid of Vista.

You won't be able to install Windows 7 without a disk. You will need to purchase a retail Windows 7 Home Premium edition with a DVD or buy it online, download the ISO file and burn it to DVD.

OOOOOPPS, missed the 'Anytime' part of your post.
I had never heard of an 'Anytime Upgrade' till recently, so don't know much about it. I suggest going to a PC shop or 2 and price the version you want, then try 'A U' to see what's cheaper.

The Anytime Upgrade cannot be used to upgrade to a different generation OS, say from Vista to Windows 7., It can be used to upgrade from a lower Vista version to a higher Vista version or from a lower 7 version to a higher 7 version. The reason is simple - with Vista or Windows 7, every installation has all the features, but some of them are not enabled, to put it in a simple way. So buying a higher version key, Windows can enable the higher version features, because they are already there, just not enabled. You can't go from Vista to Windows 7 with Anytime Upgrade, simply because you have no 7 installation files with your Vista edition, so you need them, either buying a physical one or downloading and burning a DVD.
