what is the best free on line data base?

I belong to a small community organization. The group needs to manage its finances in line, they receive about monthly 25 checks form members and make about 10 to 15 checks to service providers. One member has volunteered to enter the membersí checks and another will write the checks to the service provider. The board needs a regular a monthly balance sheet. The member who writes the checks could change next year. Thus I would need a form to do the cash in and expenses. Can anyone suggest a free database (web based) application? Is Zoho the front runner? Could members share their pros and cons.

On their home page, there is a link for Mint - Canada on the right side. The url is https://www.mint.com/canada.
