Error on Save - Win7/Word2007

We're experiencing a strange error message from Word when some of our Win7 users click to save a document [screen attached]. This message only pops when saving - and not on every save... just every so often. We run a repair on Office, and the message goes away for a while, but suddenly it's back. This doesn't happen for all of our Win7 users - - and even though the message appears, the file actually saves to our DMS.

Anyone see this before? Anyone have a clue? All of my web searching has turned up nothing.

The fact that it has an "i" icon suggests that Word -- or a macro or add-in overriding Word's native behavior -- doesn't view it as an error, but merely some useful information you would want to know when saving the document. Does it seem to take the place of an expected dialog??

That is a strange message - it seems much more likely to be coming from DMS integration code, than directly from Word.
Is it possible that someone has been doing some work on the DMS integration code? - this message looks like the kind of thing a developer might add to the code during testing, and then forgot to take out.
