Cannot get My Places bar in Excel 2007

I cannot get the My Places bar view on left with "Open", Save as", instead I get a folder view.
How do I get the MY Places bar view?

My Places aren't available in Windows 7, Libraries are their replacement. You add your locations of interest to a library instead.

    WebGenii,
    Thanks.
I am no expert and hesitate to question your answer, but-----.
    1) You say Libraries replace MY Places but My Places has been replaced with the Explorer like view of Drives/folders, not just Libraries. It is a much busier screen. If it only showed Libraries it would be reasonably similar to My Places and your suggestion would be more applicable.
    2) Outlook 2003 has My Places.

What happens if you click 'Hide Folders' in the bottom left of that dialog?

Question my answer! Oh no! (Don't worry about it)
Do you have Outlook 2003 and Office 2007 loaded onto Windows 7?
I just want to point out that I didn't say libraries are better than my places.

    Yes.
Does Office 2007 & 2010 have "My Places", regardless of Win version?

Well that is interesting, I thought that Office picked up My Place vs Libraries based on the OS version. From your answer it appears it is built into the version of Office.
