Lately I and my colleagues have started experiencing an extremely annoying phenomenon when sharing Word 2010 files. If I edit and comment on a word file and then upload it to a dropbox for my colleague to access and edit, my colleague discovers words in the document that have been strung together (spaces between words lost). This seems to only occur on pages that I have edited or commented on. My colleague then corrects the document, does the required editing, saves it and uploads it to the dropbox. I then discover that the same problem has re-occurred once I open the document. This was never a problem in Word 2007. Any explanations or solutions would be most welcome.
