I attempted to send an email [in Outlook 2007] with a very large attachment [47M]; Outlook has been trying to send it for 3 days now. When I try to delete it, I get the message: "Cannot delete; Outlook already started transmitting..." I thought this was perhaps a problem with Outlook 2007; I bought and installed Outlook 2010. Now Microsoft doesn't recognize my Product ID, thus, unable to respond to my problem.
I've since installed the "YouSendIt" app, and was able to send the file via YouSendIt; unfortunately, the original "hung-up" email with the large attachment is still pending in my outbox. HOW DO I DELETE IT?
