    Rss feeds...safe or not???

Recently I started subscribing to RSS news feeds from various news sites using the RSS feed options available in Thunderbird mail program...

How safe are these feeds when you open them using Thunderbird????

Rss is a one way push protocol and should be safe to use regardless of the client used to read them. Any links contained within a given RSS posting is just as safe or as dangerous as any link in an Email or Website. That said, I can't recall a case of malware being spread via a link in an RSS post.
