We use Communicator 2007 version 2.0.6362 with Outlook 2010 64bit on desktop PCs. Mailboxes are on Exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2, and an Office Communication Server 2007 is on Windows Server 2003.
My Communicator conversations are not being saved in the Conversation History folder in Outlook. The folder exists, but is empty. In Communicator under Options, the Personal Information Manager section is grayed out, but shows checkboxes next to everything. Microsoft Office Outlook is selected as the Personal Information manager.Another user on our network has the 32 bit Outlook and does not have this problem.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Communicator. I've also done a Repair on Outlook. I've also changed my profile in Outlook which caused it to act like it was freshly installed. I ran the Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 Hotfix KB 2300255, dated this month, as it has all prior hotfixes rolled into it, but no luck there either.
Has anyone seen and resolved this issue?
