You need to edit your post and remove your email address.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Could you add a little detail, please?

OK, I Right Click on a file and choose MOVE TO or COPY TO, a dialog comes up and you can choose where to move/copy file to. When you choose a folder, another dialog comes up and says FOLDER NOT FOUND, you can then choose retry or cancel. If you choose RETRY then the file gets MOVE/COPY to that folder with no problem. The same happens if you try to create a folder, you give it a name and again it pops up, FOLDER NOT FOUND, if you click RETRY it then creates the folder. Same if you try to delete a folder.

Hope this helps. Sorry about Email Address force of habit<G>

Is the mesage that pops up, "Folder not found, would you like to create it"? If you answer Yes this might explain why the retry is successful.

If you allow Windows to turn off drives it could be that the drive has powered down and is not quite ready.
