My OS is Win 7 Pro 32 bit with SP1 and all updates installed.
For some reason when I open my Sky News gadget it says there is a problem with the connection and that I should retry. Retrying makes no difference.
There is no problem with my internet connection,and I have checked that my antivirus program is not blocking the gadget.
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but the problem persists.
Can anyone suggest what other steps I can try to sort this out?
Advice would be appreciated.
