    Unhappy Excel - Hide Personal.xlsb?

    In order to have universal macros I can use in any spreadsheet, I had to create them in a special spreadsheet called personal.xlsb. When opening Excel, that now opens automatically essentially a blank spreadsheet that houses all of my macros.

    Is there any way to hide it? When I need to arrange multiple spreadsheets in my Excel window, that one always takes up useless screen real estate. When closing spreadsheets, this is one more I need to close (doesn't consume a lot of time or effort, but it does become annoying after awhile).

    Is there anyway to keep this spreadsheet out of my hair?

    View - Hide Window.
    Then shut down excel and it will ask if you want to save personal wkb, confirm YES.
