Cell height and width in tables (Word 97 SR2)

I find that I revise cell heights and widths fairly trequently in work that I edit and I would like to have the command available in all table-based context (right-click) menus. I cannot find the function anywhere in the Customise lists and have only found it on one of the Tables context menus.

Is there any way that I can copy the command from one context menu to others or am I missing something?

    Cheers, Geoff

    Geoff -

If I understand you correctly, you want to copy the "Cell Height and Width" command to all table options when right clicking. If so, go to "View, Toolbars, Customize". Scroll down to "Shortcut Menus" and left click on "Table". Left click on any of the dropdowns to see if it listed there. If so, click once on "Cell Height and Width" and then while pressing Control key and left mouse button at the same time, drag it to all dropdowns you want it added to.

Hope this is what you were looking for.

    Thank you Leanne

That is exactly what I wanted. I did not know about the Control Key for copying.
