    Problem with PDFs

I'm not sure if this is where this issue belongs, but if it isn't I'm sure someone will redirect me.
I have just started using a new Windows 7 computer, and I have installed Adobe Reader X. When I select a PDF, it never even starts to download. I'm left staring at a blank screen. No error message, just nothing. Any suggestions?

I have Adobe reader X installed, but have chosen to use a3rd party app for this. I use PDF-XChange Viewer for this chore.

Which browser are you using? Have you installed the pdf add on? You shoud be able to check in the Manage Add ons area.

    Thumbs up That worked!

    Ted,
Thanks for the tip. I use Firefox, but didn't add the PDF add on after I installed it. All is well now.
