    Pale Moon 6.0?

Has anyone tried Pale Moon 6.0? If so, what are your experiences? I'm especially interested in compatibility with add-ons like RoboForm, AdBlock Plus, Grease Monkey, WOT, etc.

    Hi RG
i tried it not so long ago, it's a cheap imitation of FF, it ran very badly. So it was scrapped.

I have Pale Moon 6.0 installed with Firefox 6.0. I have Pale Moon 6 set up for private browsing so I do not have to switch back and forth with Firefox. I have no difficulty with it.

Pale Moon 6.0 just came out, I have not had time to try it yet.
Pale Moon "IS" Firefox, with a few tweaks. If an Add-on works in FF it will work in PM unless it interferes with the "tweaks" there is no list AFAIK.
The "real" answer is you will need to try it with your Add-ons to find out.

Although Pale Moon is a version of Firefox optimized for Windows, I didn't find it much different in browsing speed or start-up time to the standard Firefox. I think it sometimes doesn't matter how fast a browser is because, in practice, there are too many other factors that affect speed. These possibly being the speed of efficiency at any given time of:

The cable node at the end of the road.
    The ISP.
    The Internet backbone.
    The site being visited.

If any of those are are not quite up to speed (as the case might often be), it doesn't matter how fast the browser itself is.

    Edit:
A small utility here that might make a difference to Firefox ..depending on the above.
