    POP up not understood (Symbian)

This is my first post so expect anything!!
I have a small network, one of the devices is a surveillance camera. When I try to log onto the camera I get the message (The mobile phone was detected based on Symbian S60 2nd, We recommend that you download thisScam2006 to instal). On one other computer it simply installed (webcam.html). The location is 192.168.0.15 Thanks for your help.

That address 192.168.0.15 is an address in your local network. I am guessing that is the address of your camera in your network and that download probably is meant to allow you camera access. Don't your camera manuals say anything about it?
