    Cool QR Tags

Microsoft's Tag Scanner App. is one of the best I have seen, and is available for BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, and of course Windows Phone 7.
Their software to make the tags leaves a lot to be desired however.
Can anyone out there recommend some good and preferrably free tag software.
    Thanks John

After many trials and some errors, trying to make customized QR codes, I contacted Microsoft QRC support. They not only answered my question, but sent me the full 13 page manual (vs the 7 page one on the web site) on how to do all of this.
    Thank You Microsoft.
I have sved the Microsoft Tag Implementation Guide here.
    Thanks John
