Annoying Your Message is Ready to be sent Message

Just moving over to Win 7... I had fixed this problem in XP yeats ago but cannot figure out how to do it in win7. When using the windows context menu to Send To > Mail Recipient you get the annoying messages:

Your message is ready to be sent with the following file or link attachments:
    XXXFILE NAME HEREXXX

Note: To protect against computer viruses, e-mail programs may prevent sending or receiving certain types of file attachments. Check your e-mail security settings to determine how attachments are handled.

Anyone know how to stop them from auto-appending to outgoing emails?

I think that's missing the point. I don't want to have to zip every pdf and document I have to send first. I just want to remove the message. thanks for the suggestion, though! I hope someone else knows how to remove the message. I know it was possible in XP.
