    SOLVED explorer.exe Class Not Registered

When I attempt to create a new user I get the above error. I also get something similar when shutdown or restart is used. Metro disabled.

    Any ideas about this one?

Edit: Found it. This is related to disabling the Metro interface using the method of changing C, Windows, System32, shsxs.dll to shsxs.old If I use the method of editing the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer and modify RPEnabled to 0 where the default value is 1

    Problem is solved
