Office 2010 and Office 2007 on same computer

    Hi,

Currently I am using Office 2010. I need Office 2007 for a class I am going to take. Can I download and install Office 2007 without first deleting Office 2010? Can I alternatingly run both programs on my computer? Thank you.

You can run both -- each in a separate directory -- with NO problem.

You should always install Office from the oldest version first to the newest last. You should uninstall Office 2010, install Office 2007, and reinstall Office 2010.

See the registry hack at http://www.gmayor.com/Toolbars_in_word_2007.htm. Otherwise, with Word, you'll have delays each time you start one version of Word after using a different one.
