    Video Pop Ups

I'm not sure whether this is the proper place for this, so move if necessary.
I'm getting pop ups when I am watching a video. (See Attachment)
What do I need to change in my settings so these stop?
    Thanks

Do you have your pop up blocker set to block pop ups? Make sure the Command Bar is turned on (right click an empty section at the top of the browser and choose Command Bar). Choose Tools, the pop up blocker controls are there.
