What happened to the WindowsSecrets Security Baseline?

For many years, the Security Baseline was run as a frame down the right side of the search page. It listed Best Free Firewall, Best Free Anti-virus, etc. Now, only an occasional newsletter article claims to be a Security Baseline, but usually deals with one narrow area. Has that valuable and useful list become the latest victim of newsletter commercialization? Anyone have any ideas on how to get it restored?

Possibly it has been realised that "best"-anything depends quite a lot on the person and their hardware.

As an analogy, what would you say is the "best car" or "best laptop"?

You can find the most recent version on the Windows Secrets site under Newsletter Archives/Security Baseline. It's not the static page you are probably referring to, but it has the same information.
