Open Access and select database from Shortcut

    Hi

Is there a way (script??) to start Access then select and open a database from the list presented by clicking on a shortcut.
I'm trying to eliminate the need to select the database each time.

    Cheers
    Ken

Make a shortcut to the database and select it.

You might find http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...010166605.aspx useful if you want to get a bit more sophisticated with the shortcut you create.

    Got it to work

    Thanks for the suggestions.
Creating a shotcut from the db file didn't work.
The link in Wendell's post gave me the info I needed.

    Thanks again.

    Cheers
