    Unhappy Adobe Flash Player

This player is driving me crazy. I have the plug-in version (11.0.1.152) but Programs & Features (Control Panel) says that the ActiveX version is not installed. I can't find the download page, will some kind soul post the link?

I can't view videos or play some online games without it.

    Thanks in advance,

    Gloria

So something that wasn't working before with the player's working fine now.

Why this is so is a mystery and I don't really need to solve it, just so it's working now is all I careabout

Thanks for the suggestion. Please consider this thread Solved.

You are welcome. By the way, with Adobe Flash Player 11, when you install the x64 edition you get both x64 (64 Bit) and x86 (32 Bit) installs. This is especially helpful if you use Windows 64 with both x86 and x64 versions of IE.

What in the world is Windows 64, I never heard of that one?
I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and Windows Explorer version 9.0.8.8112.16421 Update version: 9.0.3
