Odd entry in services

I was looking through the list of local services, and came across an entry for "KOVLEZN". It has no description, and was set to start manually. I couldn't find anything on Google outside of an entry for an odd Japanese site called trip-table.com, which looks like some kind of travel site. I did a disk search and couldn't find anything. Their is a town in Germany called Koblenz, but that's as close as I could find. I did a disk search and couldn't find anything close. I disabled the entry and everything seems to be working fine. Has anyone seen anything like this and is there a way to removed this entry?
