    Win7's no-reformat, nondestructive reinstall

I want to install 64 bit W7 Home Premium using Fred's method. Question is; can I install it to replace a 32 bit W7 Ultimate RTM OS?

No, You must do a custom (clean) install to change bitness or version. Sorry.
