    Unkown User Account

My friend has a Fujitsu Laptop running XP with SP3 and all updates installed.

Her original hard drive crashed and she was unable to boot, so the machine was checked over by the local representatives of Fujitsu, who managed to get it to start. Our local computer shop technician, who I have complete faith in,installed a new hard drive and XP,and I then installed around 150 Microsoft updates with no problem.

I have just discovered a second User Account on the laptop named ASP.NET Machine A.... (I assume the last word is Account), shown as a Password Protected Limited User Account. The local technician says he didn't add it and hasn't yet heard whether the Fujitsu representatives did, although I can see no reason why they would. He suggested I leave the account in place for the time being.

Do fellow loungers have any ideas as to why this User Acount was added, and opinions as to whether I should delete it?

    Advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks and regards,Roy
