How to unblock a sender's address?

I accidentally "delete and block"ed a couple of emails in my x64 Win7 Windows Live inbox (not hotmail). 'Help' and F1 sent me to a site that insists that I sign up for a Windows Live ID. I have looked through all the drop-down menus in WL and found nothing. Wandered through the catacombs of Windows 7 Support for a while with no success. Isnt there a Blocked Sender List somewhere that I can access to remove these senders addresses?

    Thanks for any help,
    Gary

In Windows Live 2011, click on the icon next to the Home tab > Options >Safety Options > Blocked senders tab.
