Not sure what you mean by you can't get to it: is it simply hidden or do you get a permission error?

That default folder path looks correct, or try this in the Windows start menu search box:

    %APPDATA%\..\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

    Does the folder display?

I'm not sure if it applies to Office 2007, but on my Windows 7 64-bit Office 2010 box, the Office 2010 PST is in
    C:\Users\<myusername>\My Documents\Outlook Files

You can change the file used from within Outlook. Have you tried to do that?

You can also do a File > Import of the old PST file to the new one.

I have given up trying to get Outlook 2007's ".pst" file updated in win7.

I've going to stay with TB, it's easy to get my XP OE6 to TB in win7.... well, not real easy but straight forward and it works.

I think I might be happy with Thunderbird as soon as I get use to it.

    Thanks for the Help All.

Surely not easier than using a given .pst file. I can provide detailed instructions on how to do it, but let me ask you specifically what is your problem - finding the old pst file or making Outlook use it?
