Windows Live will not print body of e-mail

Using Windows live email and it will not print the body of an email. It prints the header and then a blank page. Scanned for malware and virus. Using XP sp3 and FireFox but same results with ie8. All other programs print ok. Same results with 3 different printers.

    Thanks,

Which version of WLM do you have?

Works for me; Hilight the email you want to print, then select print located in the attached photo...

If, as I think you are, using an older version, double click the message you want to open it, then click the print tab.

I downloaded the 2009 version(build 14.0.8117.0416) and the print problem was resolved. HOWEVER, the new installation only captured about one third of my contacts. I had a backup file but, categories do not show up in the back up file so when I imported the contacts I had to go back and re-do all the groups I had established. I still have no idea why the printing problem happened.
