    Printing Outlook Contacts(2002)

I have printed the complete "contacts" list. How can I print just a few names, after updating information?
    Thanks for any information

    You have a couple choices:

For a few contacts: hold the Ctrl key while clicking all the contacts you want to print. You should see all the contacts you wish to print looking selected. After clicking on print, choose Only selected items, then OK to print.

You can also use a filter to limit which contacts are displayed, then print all of those. This is an easier choice if you have quite a few specifc contacts to print.
To apply a filter, go to the View menu, choose Current View, Customize Current View...
Click the Filter button, most of the choices in there are self explanatory. For example, if you wished to print a list of all your contacts from a specific business, you could type the businessname.com in the E-mail section, and it would filter out all contacts not from that business. (Note that in the Filter dialog box, there is a Clear All button in the lower right corner. You'll come back to this to get rid of the filter after you have used it to print.)

    Hope this helps.
