    Macro sending current wb (XL2000 SR-1)

    I'm trying to design for all users of my company a help-request form easy to fill and send,
    i.e.: an excel workbook , reachable by a shortcut on their desktop, displaying items/check boxes and.......that's the point:
    a button to click enabling the user to automatically send the workbook to a predefined mailaddress
    (say "helpdesk@mycompany.com")

    Half of the job is done with the vba line
    Application.Dialogs(xlDialogSendMail).Show
    This command opens the outlook window

    What I'm hopelessly looking for, is the syntax to include
    - the said recipient (helpdesk) mailaddress
    - the "send" command

    Excel help menu proposes to add [Arg1, Arg2,...],
    but I do not understand how to use them.
    Adding the mailaddress between parenthesis or after a dot at the end of the
    line "Application.Dialogs(xlDoalogSendMail).Show" was useless.

    thanks for your help

    You do not need to evoke the sendamil dialog as the following line of code will address the workbook and place it in your outbox (at least it does with Outlook). <pre>ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipients:="helpdesk@mycompany.com", _
    Subject:="Help Request"</pre>

    The Subject field is optional.
