Outgoing e-mail will not go to one account

Just to let you know, I have apparently solved the problem. Not sure why, but it does work at the moment.

My other email accounts seem to require "use submission port 587" whatever that is. On a hunch I turned that off and then added

server ip# SERVER NAME to the host file.

Now it works. Not sure why ... but it works. I guess that is all that counts.
