Fake "Yahoo Messenger" Malware in Win7

Running Win 7 Home premium Pics attached

When I go to my yahoo mail account

A little box pops up, bottom middle of the screen, about .5 X 2.0 inches.

It says "Yahoo Messenger" in the top part
Bottom half has blinking email address that says

    "babydollxxxx675" or
    "lisafatos637"
    or something similar

    The name blinks.

I do NOT have the real Yahoo Messenger installed.

Running Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes finds nothing,

My IO Antivirus and Windows Defender show nothing.

I searched the net, but haven't found something relevant to Win 7.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
