Text to Display for Hyperlink (2000/Office Professional)

My company recently bought FrontPage for me to use for editing our Intranet. I had been using Word 2000 as my editor. I am enjoying learning FrontPage but I like the feature in Word for making hyperlinks where you are given the option of a "Text to Display" box instead of the complete URL showing. Is there a way to do that in FrontPage? Specifically, I want to make a link to an employee's email address. I don't want it to read, "mail to:joesmith@...com". I want to be able to use a text to display feature so that the link is just Joe Smith's name. Is this possible with FrontPage? Thanks

    Just enter Joe Smith
Highlight the complete name, then right_click and select hyperlink, select email. . .
