Blank "From" and "Subject" fields in e-mails

Hi, Recently I have been receiving emails with blank fields in the headers. I was using Outlook Express with Win XP. I installed Windows Live Mail hoping this would solve the problem but it hasn't. It only happens to some emails e.g person A might send 3 emails. Two display correctly, the other has no headers. It happens from several sources but not all emails from any particular source are affected. If I open the email I can then view the headers. These emails are from an IMAP account and only some emails from that account are affected. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Moonstone,

    WSL.JPG

Go directly to your mail account and set it to allow POP, if you don't need access to it on other apps, disable IMAP.

Although setting my mail account to POP has cured the problem of blank headers- the downside is that now I can't use the facility that only downloads headers
