    Word 2010--Text disappears when I print

    Help! My computer crashed and Word recovered the document, but nothing I have typed into appears when I print the document.

    The paragraphs that don't print are underlined with little black dots (I have the formatting codes turned on.) When I highlight the text and copy it to paste it into a text file, I get nothing--it's like the text doesn't really exist. How do I fix this?

    It might be that the text is set to be hidden. If this is the case then the following would resolve the problem.

    Select the content and then press Ctrl-D to show the font dialog and turn off the Hidden attribute.

    Alternatively, you could change your print options to include 'hidden text'.
