Automate Printing a Report to .PDF format (Access 2000 SR1)

    Hi,

I am wanting to automate printing a report to a file type of "Acrobat PDFWriter". This can then be emailed to club members. (snapshot is not an option at this point)

The 'output to' option doesn't allow me use the pdf file type, but I can print to file type of pdf by changing the default printer.

The printout won't let me change the default printer so I assume there must be another method or command to allow me to change the printer?

I've been looking at the PrtDevMode but because of my lack of expertise I've not yet been able to work this one out.

But maybe I am barking up the wrong tree? or is someone able to point me to a code sample that outlines how to change the default printer?

    Thanks in advance
    Tony
