    Change Office interface size

I want to increase the Office interface size (toolbars). When I change the DPI display size, everything on the screen increases, but not the size of the toolbars. In XP one could easily customize the interface size. How do I do it in Windows 7?

Update to Office 2010 or run your old version of Office in XP Mode.
There may be other options but not that I know of.

I don't know which version of office you have but in 2003 version you can right click on an empty sapce of the toolbar and choose 'customize' at the bottom. There you can choose small or large icons. Don't know if can choose your own size or not.
