Sharing free/busy information on an intranet (Outlook 98)
The company I work for has an Outlook resource set up for each of the meeting rooms, and these rooms are booked by sending a meeting request to the relevant mailbox. The request is automatically processed by AutoAccept and a reply sent to the user, letting them know if the room is free or busy.
Now, the users have not got sufficient access to the meeting room resources to be able to see if the room is free or busy - they have to send a meeting request and wait for the response to get this information. We have now had a request for this information to be published on our (recently set up) intranet. My question is, is there an easy way of doing this..?

Why can they not see the free/busy for these kinds of accounts if they can see free/busy for user accounts? A mailbox is a mailbox, etc. This might affect how you handle the requirement.
