Combo Box

Is it possible to have a combo box item always be selected? I'd like to be able to use the "type ahead" feature so the user can simply start typing the (in this case) last name and move immediately to that item in the list. If the item isn't selected, the user must first select it.

I've answered my own question. .SelStart and .SelLength can be used to select (as in highlight) an item in a list or combo box.
